Always an entrepreneur

 

Michael started his first company in 3rd Grade, and by the time he was in high school was running a successful consulting business. While in college he led the creation of training programs for two computer retailers, including a national chain, and he gained a reputation as a top project management consultant.

 

While earning his MBA, he founded what became the largest mid-market CRM implementation company in North America, and over his tenure there worked with nearly 3000 client businesses across North America.

 

Gaining a deep understanding of the challenges facing sales and marketing teams, he identified that the true gold in transforming sales lay not in technology enablement, but in strategy development and sales personnel training and management. He learned that the secret of empowering reliable sales is in allowing individual salespeople to use and even amplify their personal talents while operating within a repeatable, organized framework.

 

Since selling the company in 2007, Michael has become a go-to resource, providing coaching, consulting, and training to businesses as well as private equity firms seeking top-shelf expertise in sales turnaround.

 

Michael’s experience includes:
